Academia Sinica Open Day

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in our lives, Academia Sinica Open House 2021 activities were hosted on the Internet, which allowed people take part of the event from the comfort of their homes.

The event included dozens of talks in different fields, permitting the general public to interact with the researchers working on these projects directly.

We have the pleasure of working in the creation of the videos used for the session on the structural features of some of the proteins in the SARS-CoV2 virion. These animations highlight different perspectives on how scientists have been involved in covering different aspects of how the virus infects our cells and how to find treatments, from the basic scientific setting of the several laboratories in the Institution.
